قُلْ هَلُمَّ شُهَدَآءَكُمُ الَّذِیْنَ یَشْهَدُوْنَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ حَرَّمَ هٰذَاۚ-فَاِنْ شَهِدُوْا فَلَا تَشْهَدْ مَعَهُمْۚ-وَ لَا تَتَّبِـعْ اَهْوَآءَ الَّذِیْنَ كَذَّبُوْا بِاٰیٰتِنَا وَ الَّذِیْنَ لَا یُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِالْاٰخِرَةِ وَ هُمْ بِرَبِّهِمْ یَعْدِلُوْنَ(150)

English translation of Kanz-ul-Irfan

Say, “Bring forth your witnesses who testify that Allah has forbidden this (that which you declare forbidden).” Then if they testify ˹O listener,˺ do not testify with them; and do not follow the desires of those who reject Our verses and do not believe in the Hereafter, and they ascribe equals to Allah.[1]

Here, there is a warning that one who gives such a testimony is merely following desires, making it false. It is forbidden in Islam to give a false testimony and to support such an act through, for example, legally representing a liar because aiding a sinful act is itself a sin.
