فَاذْكُرُوْنِیْۤ اَذْكُرْكُمْ وَ اشْكُرُوْا لِیْ وَ لَا تَكْفُرُوْنِ(152)

English translation of Kanz-ul-Irfan

So remember Me, I shall remember you, and thank Me, and do not be ungrateful to me.[1]

Commentary

[1]

The word kufr here means “ungrateful” because it co-occurs with “gratitude” (shukr). However, it means “disbelief” when it is used in opposition to “Islam” or “faith” (Īmān).
