الَّذِیْنَ یُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِالْغَیْبِ وَ یُقِیْمُوْنَ الصَّلٰوةَ وَ مِمَّا رَزَقْنٰهُمْ یُنْفِقُوْنَ(3)

English translation of Kanz-ul-Irfan

Those who believe in the unseen, and establish the prayer (Salāh), and spend in Our way from the sustenance We have granted them.[1]

Commentary

[1]

One must not spend so much in the way of Allah Almighty that it leads to personal regret, and one must also refrain from miserliness. A balanced approach is best.
