قُلْنَا اهْبِطُوْا مِنْهَا جَمِیْعًاۚ-فَاِمَّا یَاْتِیَنَّكُمْ مِّنِّیْ هُدًى فَمَنْ تَبِـعَ هُدَایَ فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَیْهِمْ وَ لَا هُمْ یَحْزَنُوْنَ(38)

English translation of Kanz-ul-Irfan

We said, “Descend from Paradise, all of you, so if guidance comes to you from Me,[1] then those who will comply with My guidance shall neither be afraid nor will they grieve.

Commentary

[1]

A plural form (in the Arabic) was used to instruct the earthly descent, as this address included Prophet Ādam عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم, Sayyida Hawwā and their progeny (in the loins of Ādam عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم).
