The verse commands adherence to the religion of Prophet Ibrāhīm عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام. This means the religion of Prophet Muhammad صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, as following the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is following the Abrahamic way. The Prophetic way includes the religion of Prophet Ibrāhīm عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام.
