Prophet Ibrāhīm’s supplication was answered with the promise of a son who will be intelligent and forbearing. To inform of the birth of a son prior to its occurrence is from the knowledge of the unseen; in actual fact, the Quran mentions it specifically in relation to the five things known by Allah Almighty. This is evident of how Allah Almighty informs his chosen people of news from the five particular matters.
