When death is slaughtered, the people of Paradise will ask the angels: “Having experienced death in the world, will we not die again? Will we not be punished?” The angels will reply in the negative, to which the people of Paradise will say: “Indeed, this is a great success that we have attained.” The people of Paradise will ask these questions to take pleasure in the mercy of Allah Almighty. They will also ask so that they can commemorate Allah’s given blessings of eternal life and protection from punishment. This commemoration will bring them intense joy.
