هُدًى وَّ رَحْمَةً لِّلْمُحْسِنِیْنَ(3)
Guidance and mercy for the virtuous. [1]

Although the Noble Quran is a source of guidance and mercy for all humankind, here the righteous people have been specified, as it is they who take benefit from its guidance and mercy.
