Meaning, those who fear Divine Retribution without seeing it, obey Allah Almighty and bring hearts full of sincerity, obedience and correct belief, will be told on the Day of Judgement:  Enter Paradise without fear and worry and with peace and safety, neither will you be punished nor will your blessings be removed; from this day forth, you will remain eternally in Paradise and now there is no perishing nor death.
