Qaf
فَاصْبِرْ عَلٰى مَا یَقُوْلُوْنَ وَ سَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوْعِ الشَّمْسِ وَ قَبْلَ الْغُرُوْبِ(39)
So bear with patience what they say and glorify with the praise of your Lord before sunrise and before sunset.
