وَ اسْتَمِـعْ یَوْمَ یُنَادِ الْمُنَادِ مِنْ مَّكَانٍ قَرِیْبٍ(41)
And listen attentively, the day a caller will call out from a near place. [1]
Commentary

“Near place” refers to the rock of Bayt al-Maqdis. The “caller” refers to the angel Isrāfīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم and his call will be: “O decomposed bones! O scattered joints! O putrefied flesh! O dishevelled hair! Allah Almighty gives you the command to gather for judgement.”
