Meaning, “O Beloved! The Qurayshī disblievers’ rejection of you, denial of Judgement Day, and doubting My power is not hidden from Me. We shall punish all of them for this, and you are not an enforcer over them i.e., one who will make them enter Islam with force. Rather, your responsibility is to invite them and explain matters to them. Therefore, by means of the Quran you should warn the disbelievers of My chastisement, the heedless of My punishment, and the obedient of My censure.”
