تَبْصِرَةً وَّ ذِكْرٰى لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍ مُّنِیْبٍ(8)
Insight and counsel for every returning individual. [1]

Meaning, the heavens and the earth and everything related about them are a means of insight and advice for every such individual who reflects on all the unique things and wondrous creations of Allah Almighty and then returns to Allah Almighty.
