فإن خفتم فرجالا أو ركبانا ۖ فإذا أمنتم فاذكروا الله كما علمكم ما لم تكونوا تعلمون

اَلْبَقَرَة

Al Baqarah

فَاِنْ خِفْتُمْ فَرِجَالًا اَوْ رُكْبَانًاۚ-فَاِذَاۤ اَمِنْتُمْ فَاذْكُرُوا اللّٰهَ كَمَا عَلَّمَكُمْ مَّا لَمْ تَكُوْنُوْا تَعْلَمُوْنَ(239)

English translation of Kanz-ul-Irfan

So if you are in fear, then walking or riding ˹pray however possible˺;[1] then when you are at peace, remember Allah as He taught you what you knew not.

Commentary

Here, the ruling and method of prayer in a state of fear (from enemies or wild beasts etc.) has been mentioned; if the condition of fear means it is impossible to stay in one place, the prayer must be performed walking or while mounted, in any possible way.
