Some exegetes opined that here the pronoun ‘بِہِ’ denotes the Quran, and others say that it refers to the Final Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. In the case of the latter, the meaning would be that Allah grants guidance through the beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.
